Bronze Level Cost: $250.00
- Opportunity to set up 1 10×10 booth (see attached for full details)
- Inclusion of your church flyer in give away bags.
- Inclusion of your church link on the www.familyfunfest.info website.
- High Quality Graphics/Flyer Templates.
- Ability to distribute church promo material at your booth.
Silver Level Cost $500.00
- Opportunity to set up 2 10×10 booths (see attached for full details)
- *Includes all items in bronze level plus.
- Recognition on sponsorship banners at the event.
Gold Level Cost $1,000.00
- Opportunity to set up 4 or more* 10×10 booths. (see attached for full details)
- Includes all items in the silver level plus.
- Inclusion of your LOGO on promotional advertisements on various printed materials used to promote the event.
Mail Package (Which is in addition to your bronze, silver, or gold)
- Price of package chosen plus $1,000.00
- Title sponsors are needed to help cover the cost of an area wide mailer.
- Your church name/logo will be included on mailers, print advertisements, radio, etc.
Pre-Printed Professional Quality Flyers
- Post card sized invites, etc. can be made available for distribution in your congregation in any quantity. The cost per post card is $.16
- Business card sized invites can be made available for distribution in your congregation in quantities of 1000 or more for $.09 per card.
- Note cards can be customized specifically for your church with your logo, etc.
All Participating Churches
- Will receive suggested promotion schedule in the weeks leading up to the event.
- Promotional graphics, videos, invite cards, etc will be available by September 15th, 2010.
- Are encouraged to collect candy in the weeks leading up to the event to use for distribution at the event.
- Special Family Fun Fest Buckets will be distributed to all participating churches and organizations by September 15th 2010.
* Note: No churches, non-profits, or businesses will be rejected for lack of funds. If your organization finds itself at a place of need and wants to participate. Please let us know and we will make accommodations to plug you into the event.
